I work in collaboration with the Financial Advisors and other colleagues to process new and existing business, Including, client reviews, processing of new business, preparation of Compliance/Provider documentation, obtaining fund values from Providers, and answering client queries.

My career in financial services began in 1984 and I have worked for the NFU Mutual before joining Heritage in 2019.

I have worked in a range of areas, including providing administrative support and delivering product training for consultants in the General and Life insurance, Investments and Pensions sectors and working within project teams, implementing new IT systems and process improvement.

My qualifications are DipCII, NVQ4, CIPD Blended Learning, TAP Training Delivery Diploma, Prince 2 Project Management, Agile Project Management.

personal interests

I hold a black belt in Taekwondo and have a passion for house renovation. I have successfully renovated 4 properties and am now working on my 5th. I keep fit by carrying out DIY activities around the house and doing Zumba and Aqua fit at the local gym.
