As Operations Director, I am heavily involved in most areas of the business and am responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the company including in-house fund research, Website & Marketing.
Being part advisory qualified, I am intending to finish full advisory qualifications with a view to realigning my skill set – in particular to assist in the migration of my Father’s client bank as he gradually slows down.
BSc (Hons) Cert CII (MP). Currently completing ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management.
I have over 12 years’ experience within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors, beginning with AXA Insurance in 2012, where I progressed to managing a very busy claims and settlement team. Since joining Heritage in 2016 I have been involved in most areas of the business and I have been a Director at Heritage since 2022.
