I am responsible for all the administration of Corporate Pension Schemes, Group Life and Group Income Protection Schemes and liaise between the employer, provider and member.

I process monthly Pension payment contributions online and administer all member changes to pension schemes on behalf of the employer.

I am responsible for submitting data in respect of Group Protection schemes and process renewals and any member changes to the schemes as well as liaising with the client in the event of a claim.

I have worked in Financial Services since 1986 in a variety of roles including PA to John Shackleton at BDO Stoy Hayward and I have been part of Heritage since its inception.
