I have worked in the financial industry for much of my working career, though I also spent a number of years in academia and working as a management consultant. This means the breadth of my experience is quite wide, ranging from managing a £6bn private client mandate for a major private bank all the way through to advising organisations in sectors as diverse as housebuilding, hotels and retail as well as charities and local government.

As Head of Proposition my role is to help develop industry-leading products and services for customers of the Verso Group. I have an MBA from Birmingham City Business School along with a PhD where my research focused on how organisations can become more agile and responsive to dynamic environments. This often comes in handy in the fast-changing financial world.
