Chartered Financial Planner

experience

I am a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. As a Chartered Financial Planner, I work with clients to help them identify their financial objectives and put a plan in place to support their achievement. I work with clients at their own pace to ensure they are comfortable throughout our professional journey.

I graduated from university with an Honours degree in Risk Management My career in Financial Services began some 20 years ago, initially in support functions within busy practices, before qualifying to become an adviser in 2006. In 2014 I stepped away from advising clients for a period to work on compliance projects for various multinational financial services organisations providing technical and quality assurance support.

Returning to the advice sector in 2018, my advisory roles prior to joining Campbell Thomson have covered many different aspects of both Personal and Business Financial Planning and I have a wide breadth of knowledge in both areas. I achieved Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society in 2013 and since then have completed those qualifications necessary to support current and future clients and their needs.

personal interests

Outside of work I have a partner and young son. We enjoy travelling – my son’s interest is piqued by different modes of transport and tall buildings, both tend to dictate our travel plans! We also enjoy exploring our local area, visiting the many and varied museums, beaches and parklands in close proximity to our home.
